Maker's Warranty
The vehicle is covered by a one-year warranty (or a 20,000km-drive warranty,
whichever comes first) of the maker in principle in a country where
the Nissan National Sale Company is available. (The maker’s warranty is made
effective only after the vehicle delivered to you receives PDI(*) service at
the Nissan National Sales Company.)
Contact the Nissan National Sales Company directly for details of the maker’s
warranty and PDI service, because they vary from country to country.
In a country where no Nissan National Sales Company is available, no maker’s warranty is provided.
(*) PDI is an acronym for Pre-Delivery Inspection.
PDI is a free-of-charge service that includes the removal of rust inhibitor and
pre-drive inspection.
After-sales
Service
A purchased car can be provided with the same types of after-sales services
as provided in Japan.In a country where no Nissan National Sales Company is available,
no after-sales service is provided, but it is possible to purchase replacement parts
directly from our company(*). For more information, please contact us.
